“Don’t choose this hotel”

I didn’t stay there because the staff member handling my reservations had an exceptionally poor attitude.

The location is fine because it’s close to Victoria Coach Station. The room I was given was different from the one I booked – it was extremely small, meant for one person even though I booked for two. It was very dirty: curtains, table, carpet, and even the floor under the bed was visible. The housekeeping staff couldn’t remove the used preservative from the floor.

“Pésimo”

I chose the place mainly because of the area, so I expected nothing fancy. I knew it wasn’t a luxury hotel, yet basic standards were missing: the sheets were dirty and stained, the shower had hair, the sink had cracks and was filthy everywhere, pillows had hair, and overall the cleaning was subpar. There’s no elevator, the stairs and the floor throughout the hotel creak loudly, making it feel unsafe. If the check‑in is so late, it should at least be basic to let you leave your bag free of charge; some reviews claim it’s free, but apparently that changed. I don’t recommend it for meticulous travelers, though the area makes it acceptable.

The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. The double bed was too small for two people, there was no air‑conditioning – just a fan that didn’t suffice – and there was no refrigerator, so you couldn’t keep anything cold.
