Don Pablo was incredibly welcoming, always making sure everything was in order and even offering tips on what to see around town. His house itself is charming, full of character and history, which made the stay feel special.

The spot is right where you want to be, but the room left a lot to be desired – spider webs hung in every corner, dust coated furniture, and the bed frames were wobbling. It looked like the place hadn't been given a proper wipe‑down in ages, almost as if it used to be a service room that got forgotten.

Blanca Isabel and Pablo were genuinely warm, opening their home to us and sharing stories about the house, Guatavita, and their family. The building itself is beautiful and steeped in history, yet the cleanliness fell short of what you'd expect from such a lovely place.
