Check‑in went smoothly, though the terminal lighting could be brighter because we arrived at night. The rooms are practical and spacious enough for one night, and the bathroom has everything needed. The room location description is missing. The only real downside is that the twin bed mattresses don’t stay together, and there’s no bedside light switch.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the 24Sever Hotel in Nürnberg. We had stayed there about two years ago with no complaints, so the condition of our room this time was especially disheartening. The bathroom was noticeably dirty upon arrival. The toilet, the toilet brush, and the radiator where the towels hang were not clean. The bathroom floor clearly wasn’t thoroughly cleaned: there was still toilet paper and a hygiene bag on the floor. The bathroom trash bin hadn’t been emptied either, and it even contained a used condom. This level of hygiene and cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable and far below the standard we expect from a fully booked hotel. Additionally, the TV remote was broken on the back center, damaging it. The fifth stair step in building B was loose and wobbly, which, especially during a dark arrival, posed an unnecessary safety risk. We contacted the operator both online and directly by email after our stay to report these issues, but received no response. The lack of response makes this experience even more disappointing. We photographed the defects and can prove them. Because of this, we cannot recommend the hotel.
