The property itself is very good—nice, clean, and well maintained—but the owner and caretaker lack any sense of ethics or manners toward guests. The first thing we encountered when we stepped inside was the caretaker insisting there was no booking on record and telling us to leave, without even checking our confirmation. He then spent 30‑40 minutes on the phone with the owner trying to resolve the issue, and in the end explained that the booking manager was traveling and had not delegated any responsibilities to anyone.
