“Nice hotel. Ran like garbage.”

I snagged a good rate, but breakfast was a mess: the eggs were overcooked, no biscuits or sausage, the pancake maker was broken, and the bread was hard. I got there at 8 am only to find the service stopped at 9 am, so I had to beg for more food. The ice and shampoo dispensers were also dead. I called the front desk at 1:30 pm, they promised to alert housekeeping, but nothing happened until 3 pm. When I called again, they said they'd notify housekeeping, yet still nothing. I had to walk down to the lobby to grab shampoo, and the desk guy treated me like a bother.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and cool—outside it was scorching, so stepping inside felt refreshing, and our room always smelled good when we entered. We had a wonderful stay, though we had to kill a big spider in our room, which is the kind of thing that can happen.

Able to get 1st floor with a pet. The outside grounds were very unkempt and the crew that came through while we were there did a horrible job of cutting the grass! They were loud and arguing with each other. They left grass and weeds laying on the sidewalk that we had to walk through. They did not cut the weeds growing up through the sitting area on the Westside of the hotel

“Nice Manager”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location worked out well for us, and the manager was nice and accommodated us when issues arose. However, our room wasn’t cleaned properly—there was black hair and what looked like footprints on the sheets, the toilet seat had fecal matter on it, and the bathtubs were old, stained, with one having bad rust spots.
