The spot is spot‑on – just a stone’s throw from a bunch of attractions and Uber rides are cheap. Inside the place feels cozy and stays pretty quiet. The only hassle is the tiny bathroom; water splashes all over the floor after a shower, so a squeegee would be handy. Other than that, everything was fine.

Good value for the money, friendly staff and a location that’s close to everything. The room itself is small, which is probably why there’s no wardrobe or a work chair – those would have been nice. Still, for the price it works out okay.

The place is pleasant and clean, just like the listing promised, so it’s worth staying there. I booked through the app, paid everything, but never got the access‑code info, which turned out to be a problem for my mom and grandma who aren’t great with tech. When they arrived around 1:30 pm there was no one at the gate; a sleepy staff member finally showed up and seemed a bit brusque about the code. Better communication and a proper reception would make a big difference.

The host was really welcoming and the accommodation itself was solid – I found the address without any trouble and the host handled every request promptly. I liked the room, the shared kitchen, and especially felt safe both in the building and the neighborhood. When I’m back in João Pessoa I already know where I’ll stay.
