The welcome was very friendly, the restaurant and staff were excellent and pleasant, though a little renovation in the rooms could help.

The location is ideal for the medieval area, the staff were very welcoming, and the private parking is secure. There is no air‑conditioning, which was mentioned, and no elevator, but the building itself is gorgeous.

The staff were friendly, the setting is stunning, and the restaurant offers great food with a beautiful canopy of lime trees for dinner; the servers are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of air‑conditioning.

We got to the hotel earlier than expected and the staff pulled out all the stops to welcome us, especially the very friendly team; the setting is pleasant and parking was a breeze.
