Only the front desk clerk handled complaints. For the first time I met a hotel that doesn't clean the rooms daily, doesn't replace towels, and only offers food once every two days. The bathrooms had water that wouldn't drain, and after half a day we had to change rooms. Towels were only given every two days, three towels each time.

The location was fine, but they didn't serve breakfast on Sunday and the ice machine on our floor was broken.

I skipped breakfast. Housekeeping forgot to make one of the beds on one occasion, and the room lighting was weak—bathroom lighting was fine, but some bulbs in the room were too dim.

Breakfast wasn't great, though the location is good. The room felt like a college dorm with no real closet—just a 4" by 3" slot where I could hang only four blouses and no dress. The shuttle rarely showed up, and there was no spa.
