The buffet and breakfast were exceptional, the staff were pleasant and available, the pool temperature was perfect, and the children's play area was very friendly, though the restaurant was very hot.

Breakfast was good, but there were cockroaches in the room, no light after the room change and the heating failed for two days, so we were moved to a new room; the dinner menu repeats itself.

Die Lage. Pool und Wellnessbereich sind leider nur über einen Gang voneinander getrennt erreichbar und somit nicht direkt miteinander verbunden. Das fanden wir etwas umständlich

Nasz pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę wyjątkowy pod każdym względem! ❤️ Pyszne jedzenie, wspaniałe atrakcje w okolicy , niezwykle miły i pomocny personel, piękny pokój oraz doskonała lokalizacja sprawiły, że spędziliśmy cudowny czas. Wszystko było dopracowane i przerosło nasze oczekiwania. Czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze i z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie. Z całego serca polecamy ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka wyjątkowego miejsca na wypoczynek! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
