Location was bit uphill but still ok. Outdoor swimming pool was nice. Views from some rooms are scenic. Quick check in and check out. Bathroom had horde of black ants which were not removed despite our repeated requests as they did not have insect spray. Room was cleaned after our 3rd request. Ready to eat vegetable gravy sachets were used for cooking which tasted very bad. Luggage was not picked up during checkout despite our timely request. Breakfast buffet was withdrawn on 2nd day though there were 16 guests present. Limited and Expensive food options

We booked the hotel but never actually stayed there. When we arrived, the room handed to us was in terrible condition, and we hadn’t checked in yet. We asked for a different room but none were available, so we requested a refund; they said they would send an email but we haven’t received anything yet.

The staff are courteous and quick to respond, the property is well kept, and the location is great, but the food could use some improvement.
