The staff were incredible! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic – the food and service were awesome!

The place is magnificent and special, and the restaurant helps complete the offer nicely. The price doesn’t match the package: you pay for 5 stars but it’s only 4; without the restaurant it would be 3. The breakfast isn’t worthy of 5 stars.

The atmosphere is typically Tuscan. The service is very friendly. The bed is comfortable and the food is amazing. The place is worth recommending. It would be good to have a welcome drink at such a hotel.

The architecture impressed me, the food was delicious, the vegetation was well maintained, the staff were friendly and professional, and every room, including the common areas, was spotless.
