The place feels truly enchanting, tucked among greenery with views of the Alps and the valley; the room was large, stylish and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa facilities were outstanding, and the staff were professional and attentive to every detail, making the stay genuinely special and relaxing.

The hotel boasts a fantastic spa and two beautiful pools, one indoor and one outdoor. All the staff are kind, devoted, and attentive to guests, which is remarkable. On the downside, the electrical system in the rooms is disastrous—the smart tech is complicated and hard to use, while simple buttons would suffice. According to staff, it’s impossible to turn off the bathroom light for safety reasons, and the ventilation is very noisy. The restaurant’s kitchen is mediocre, though the staff remain friendly. Additionally, some windows lack shutters, others are in poor condition, and small trees grow on the central balcony. These issues really give the place a bad impression.

The location, the quiet, the spa and pool, and the very friendly staff make this hotel a delight. The breakfast buffet is consistently exceptional.

The hotel offers a nice atmosphere, an intercontinental quality breakfast, and a spacious room. However, there were clear signs of ordinary maintenance lacking: windows and interior doors were worn, the window glass was noticeably dirty, and the carpet in the public areas showed dated stains. For a five‑star property one would expect much more.

The breakfast is great. The pool area’s organization of umbrellas and loungers was confusing—there was no clear system for the numbers to reserve, and I was told the opposite, so I left my towel and was effectively evicted. I spent the whole day under the sun with a severe headache, despite never using the umbrellas, and it was my birthday.
