Good location, nice pools. I didn’t like that, even though we still had time to check out (before 11 am and it was barely 10 am), the cleaning staff entered the room, noticed we hadn’t vacated yet, and left the door open with all our belongings inside.

“Weekend al Palace hotel Meggiorato”

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and provided all the information I needed. They were well‑trained, courteous, and eager to help with any request. The room and linens were spotless. I would have liked a few more shower products and at least one bottle of water in the minibar. Breakfast was generous and satisfied every palate, from homemade sweets to freshly prepared savory dishes—truly exceptional. The pools were very clean, as were the surrounding facilities. I had body treatments and was very pleased. We will definitely come back. On the downside, there was no water bottle in the minibar and the shower supplies were sparse.

“Breve ,intenso e , un 50% deludente”

The hotel’s location is great. The staff on the Irish course had no patience, were arrogant, and answered my question about the purpose of the course with a snide remark and no explanation. When I asked for a Thai massage, they replied, “I don’t do that, I only do the relaxing one.” The massage was chaotic and left me feeling ill. It was unprofessional and the girl was unprepared. The reception staff were friendly and nice, but from a property of this caliber I expected more qualified personnel, especially in the wellness area.

A beautiful property just a stone’s throw from the city centre. The staff were very kind and helpful.
