“Boa estrutura, ótima localização e equipe atenciosa.”
The facilities were new and very good. The hotel is large, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. I stayed on the fifth floor with a beach view. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach and Lagoa da Jansen, and close to Champs Mall, which offers good restaurants and solid amenities. The front‑desk staff were always very attentive, and we were able to extend check‑out by two extra hours, which was very convenient. The breakfast was the least satisfying part, as I found the options a bit basic for the hotel’s standard.
Nothing special. It was okay, but we wouldn’t return. The reception didn’t speak English at all. The bathroom was terrible: the shower door was extremely noisy and there was no shower gel.

The room was comfortable, the location was great, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The room wasn’t cleaned on Sundays, water leaked from the shower box into the bathroom even with the door closed, and a pool would have been a nice addition.
