The breakfast was very good and the private parking was handy, yet the hotel felt very close to the street, and I heard a lot of noise at night when the window was open.

The reception staff were very friendly and gave me restaurant recommendations in the city center, and they even held my room for a third night after a phone call. It’s an ideal place for business trips, but I think it’s great for more than that. The parking is free and there are plenty of spots; even on a day when the hotel was fully booked, I found a spot late in the evening. The city center is a 10‑minute walk away, the ice rink is across the street, as is the aquatic park, and a Lidl shop is right next to the hotel. I would have liked a restaurant open in the evening for days when you’re tired and don’t feel like heading to the city center.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help. The whole hotel has a nice design that makes you feel you’re really in a decent hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with a minimal hygiene kit available, plus a hair dryer, mini‑fridge, kettle, and teas. There was no air‑conditioner, but by the end of September it wasn’t needed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a wide assortment. The buffet itself has an interesting design and it’s pleasant to be there. The room was quite spacious, the bed was wide and comfortable, and there was no noise from neighbors or the street. Near the hotel is the Aquacity complex and Lidl, which is very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach Slovak Paradise, and the same time to get to the High Tatras. We recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
