Overall we were satisfied with the food, location, entertainment, but the evening DJs could have been more active. The quietness of the pier was a plus. The rooms were fine, but the air‑conditioner was on the floor, which was the biggest flaw for me; it hit my head while sleeping and the ventilation was bad, causing serious sleep problems. I wish there had been a better system.

“An OK all inclusive but food very disappointing, we wouldn’t stay again”

The hotel sits in a very central spot. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The drinks offered great value in the all‑inclusive package, plus snacks and ice cream. Entertainment was good. On the beach there were plenty of sun loungers. The waiter on roller skates by the pool was the best overall! However, the hotel mainly caters to Russian guests, with very few English speakers. The biggest let‑down was the food: we couldn’t eat in the restaurant once, the food was basic and cold, with no variety at all. The rooms were very tired and needed an upgrade. The air‑con in the rooms was poor, so it felt very hot overnight and I couldn’t sleep.

The location, sea, food, drinks, entertainment, and cleanliness were all good. The room’s view was lacking, and there was no lamb in the dishes or pistachios in the desserts.

The hotel is very cozy and super clean. The staff are excellent, the food is good, and the animation is great; everything is wonderful. Unfortunately, the bungalow rooms need repairs; the common areas are fully renovated, but the rooms are not very good.
