“DECEPCIONADOS”
1) The room’s heating didn’t work. It’s serious that staff didn’t know this, showing neglect and lack of attention; even knowing it, they still let us stay there. 2) After we mentioned it the next day, they tried to fix it without success or much interest. They gave us a manual heater that couldn’t be set to maximum power because using the hair dryer exceeded the allowed maximum. All this while we had to go to reception or call on our personal phone, since there’s no phone in the room. 3) Despite these hassles, no one at the hotel offered any compensation—no dinner, drink, breakfast, or price reduction. There are many ways to make up for a guest who isn’t given the necessary care. 4) Meanwhile, despite the visible “cleaning required” sign on the door, the room wasn’t cleaned; yet we were charged the same rate for that night as for the previous one when it was at least lightly cleaned.
The staff were attentive and caring during my visit.

It was amazing! The staff is very friendly, it feels cosy to be here, you can sit comfortably in the pub Eden and the breakfast is excellent! Everything is fine!
The breakfast was exceptional, and the room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed.
