“Meget bra hotell, men meget dårlig skiltet til hotellets inngang, og til reseption i 6 etg”
The location was absolutely perfect, but the signage to the hotel was terrible – people missed the entrance and wandered into the center, and the reception was on the 6th floor with no clear signs.
The price was good and it was nice to be right next to the train and metro station, but finding the entrance to the center at night was a bit tricky because the elevator was in the center.
The spot is ideal, just 5 minutes from Ishøj station so you can quickly reach downtown Copenhagen. A 7‑Eleven shares the building with the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. It’s easy to find the hotel day or night (take the elevators at the back of the mall corridor, 6th floor right: reception, 8th floor right: rooms). At night you have to walk around the building and the entrance (theoretically door I, even though it’s not labelled), after the glass doors directly to the right there’s a door that leads into the hotel. The rooms are minimalist but clean.
“Never again”
The experience was awful; no staff offered assistance and there were no check‑in codes to use.
It sits very centrally and getting to and from the train was easy, but locating the hotel itself was impossible, the staff barely spoke Danish or understood it, and the large pillows left my neck sore.
