Nothing good. The reception was bad.

The location is perfect and the garage is a bonus, but the breakfast fell short—eggs and bacon were cold, the hallway carpet was dirty, and there were no drinking glasses in the room.

I loved the staff, the location, the room, and the breakfast, but I was disappointed that my request sent five minutes after booking online—because I’d mistakenly chosen the wrong date—was ignored. I immediately emailed the hotel and Booking, only to receive a generic automated reply, and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. It’s really unfortunate that I made a mistake and got no help. When I checked the dates I wanted, there was still availability at the same rate, which made me even more upset. 🥺🥺😡😡😡
