Kunal from Housekeeping was amazing, but the Front Office could do better at engaging with guests.

The hospitality was great, yet housekeeping’s response time was slow.

The hotel is comfortable and the services are decent; the staff, especially at the restaurant and bar, are very friendly. The pool is ideally located and pleasant. The nearby construction at night, with a bulldozer breaking stones and digging a huge hole, was very annoying. Breakfast lacked continental choices, offering only fried rice, dahl, and spicy dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; a wider variety and real fruit juices would improve it.
LemonTree is located centrally and is easily accessible. Rooms were clean and food options in breakfast buffet was amazing. They have good / safe parking available as well, in case you are travelling in your own vehicle. Nothing to dislike about the stay per se. One suggestion tho, not for service, but the washroom of the room I stayed in could use a bit of ventilation. Point to note tho is that the cleanliness was top notch
