“Relaxing week at Liberty Kusadasi.”

The drinks selection was amazing, though the beer could have been cooler, and there were great activities for families. The buffet for breakfast and lunch was amazing, but for the evening dinner the hot food wasn’t always warm, plates were cold and the choices were repetitive. There wasn’t enough hand sanitizer around the restaurant, and housekeeping was inconsistent with the quality of the daily clean. Only two specialised restaurants were offered per week per stay, and we were not made aware of that when booking.

“Ronduit niet goed.”

The beds were good, and the parking staff were very friendly and helpful. The hygiene was terrible; the hotel was just dirty. In the bedroom near the buffet, there were plates and glasses everywhere on the floor. Our room was left uncleaned for two days and towels were not delivered. The towels we did receive had spots. Throughout the hotel, windows were full of hands and it had been weeks since they were cleaned.

The beach is excellent for small children; they can swim there almost worry‑free because the sea has almost no waves even with stronger wind. The water is clean and clear. The hotel’s layout is very well designed, and you can reach all important areas quickly without walking long distances. The whirlpools in the rooms are especially pleasant, adding extra comfort and relaxation. The miniclub is unfortunately very weak; there are hardly any activities and the overall offer for children is very limited. Children don’t even have water available in the miniclub, and the play equipment and materials are very simple and too few, so they quickly become uninteresting. The food offers a wide selection, but the quality and taste are rather average. The cocktails and smoothies apparently are not made with fresh fruit but mainly with sweeteners or premixed blends, which was disappointing.

“Sans plus”

The room was spacious, yet the constant crowd created a noisy atmosphere with rudeness, the buffet dishes were repetitive, the room wasn’t cleaned well, and the equipment felt old.
