I was pleased with the pool and lounge, especially the great view and the amazing food served there. However, the pillows were not decent, there was no blanket for the pull‑out bed, the bathroom lighting was poor, the shower door wouldn’t close, and we only received two towels for three people. The snack room closed at 1 am, the roller doors between rooms were off track, and there were no outlets for my CPAP or phone charger. On top of that, the hotel and the booking site double‑charged me for the room and I still haven’t received a refund, with each blaming the other.

The room was clean and quiet, but the AC was set to 60 °F when we arrived; after we raised the temperature it shut off, and maintenance claimed a new system was installed and breakers tripped, promising a fix but only suggesting 72 °F, which was too cold for my husband; we didn’t want to keep adjusting it all night, so we asked for a refund and left, though the front‑desk lady was friendly and disagreed with the maintenance staff.

Getting here was a breeze, and the spot is right next to shops and a music venue. The workout area’s AC was dead, and the sauna was out of order.

The hotel sits right by the river downtown Cuyahoga Falls, about 10 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and we came for hiking with little knowledge of the hotel, so we’re glad we booked for the river view; the building was beautiful, the location fun with many shops and restaurants, and the city hosted a free movie in the park across from the hotel near the splash pad with lots of kid‑friendly activities, making it a great time; the staff were amazing. However, the chairs in the membership lounge were broken, and the elevator to the rocks was out of service.
