My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the complimentary drink during their happy hour, and the breakfast was a highlight of my day. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really shone through during my visit.

I was pleased with the convenience of getting to this hotel and the comfort of my room. The location was ideal, and the room itself was well-appointed and comfortable. While I didn't have any major complaints, I did feel that the hotel could have offered a bit more in terms of amenities and services.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with a highlight being the delicious breakfast and the fascinating pancake-making process. The selection of items was impressive, and I appreciated the ease of adjusting the room temperature. However, there were a few areas for improvement, such as the lack of a higher seated toilet and a horizontal grab bar in the shower. I also missed the simple touch of a notepad and pen being provided beside the phone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, I couldn't help but feel that the hotel itself was a bit underwhelming, lacking a certain wow factor.

The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by some frustrating technical issues, including basic channels not being available on the TV and connectivity problems with the devices. To make matters worse, the phones in the room didn't work, which made it difficult to get help when I needed it.
