The hotel offers a spa, restaurant, bar, and nightclub, so there's plenty for everyone, young or old, and the staff are always seen sweeping and cleaning; they even send someone to the room right after check‑out to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything. The bar was very smoky, which is still allowed under Moroccan law, but the hotel could improve its exhaust and ventilation. Fes gets hot in summer, often 40 °C, so the air‑conditioning in the room is useful, but there was no mini‑fridge; I’m not sure if the pricier suites have one.
