“Celkem fajn ubytování”

Small extras in the room like a field of flowers, cotton swabs, a cosmetic tampon, a shoe sponge, and decent breakfast. The hair dryer at reception was unnecessary for me, the old TV had two remotes, parking capacity behind the gate was limited, the bed sat in the middle of the room, and a closed, smelly fridge made the space unpleasant.

The facilities were great, with daily water refills that were handy during hot weather. It’s close to a walk on Kamzík Park, and there’s a shared balcony. The restaurant and shop are accessed via a very noisy four‑lane road, the arrival signage was not ideal (even GPS struggled), and the food was not cooked.

There’s 24‑hour reception. When a problem arose, staff handled it politely and efficiently. The hotel is small and cozy, and a bus to the centre is just a short walk away; you can buy a ticket at the hotel because there’s no machine nearby. The price felt higher for my two nights compared to other days or weekends (even on Booking). The single room on the back of the third floor was loud from the main road, but the staff kindly moved me to a front room for the second night, which was a big improvement.

Standard breakfast, exactly what you’d expect at a hotel of this type. The hotel has no outdoor terrace and parking spots are very limited.

The room was tidy and clean, there was no noise, and the staff were very friendly.
