The eco‑place in Barra Grande was fabulous—perfect for a few days of relaxation, quiet yet still close to the beach and restaurants. The owners built the whole place by hand, and you can see the love poured into it. Livia on the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast was wonderful as well. Highly recommended!

The camping area was clean, the support kitchen was new, though it had few utensils, but that was enough at the time. The support bathroom was new, with 3 or 4 bathrooms available. The area was walled, with electronic monitoring and an alarm. Henrique, the camping staff who had just arrived from BH, was very helpful and assisted me with setting up the tent, and even danced a bit of forró with me! The passage space in the bathroom, from the reserved area to the bathing area, was small, and at least one bathroom should have a larger space if a guest of non‑average size arrives. Provide small pots for solo travelers instead of the large ones.
