I liked the people who were there and seemed to be friends or acquaintances of the staff who helped us lift our luggage. They were kind, but the receptionist who checked us in was neither professional nor knowledgeable about ethical customer service. The parking lot and staff area looked very messy, with so many gallons of water spilling from the stairs all the way up.

Nice breakfast and very friendly staff! The floor was slippery and the hallway smelled bad; the shower didn’t work.

The property sits in the city center, so it’s accessible and close to everything my family needed to visit. The water supply was a problem: only a few litres were provided for flushing the toilet, brushing teeth, and showering, so we had to go to reception to ask for more water (there’s no phone in the room), and we had to bring the water ourselves because waiting for staff would take too long. Some amenities weren’t working properly, such as the AC and the TV.

The place had no water, which was a major issue, and the facility didn’t meet customer expectations; the internet was extremely slow. The only thing that mattered was its proximity to malls and eateries.

We only used the hotel as a transit point, but it was otherwise well suited for our needs; Robinson was nearby. Nothing else stood out.
