Great location, very close to Hoan Kiem lake and the Old Quarter. Walking in any direction is easy and you can enjoy the heart of Hanoi. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly and polite, always with a genuine smile. The breakfast offered many options and tasty coffee to start the day, and I enjoyed eating while looking over Hoan Kiem lake.

The place is really good! Sandy and the reception crew were 100 % efficient and friendly, making it a solid choice. The restaurant offers wonderful food and a great variety of dishes.
