Beautiful house, excellent welcome, delicious breakfast. As the owner explained and due to the authentic nature of the house, there are no private bathrooms for each room; however, there are two bathrooms that are absolutely sufficient for the size of the property and are kept in great condition by the manager.

A very great place to stay. The accommodation has been renovated into something truly wonderful, respecting its history. The hosts are very pleasant. The breakfast is excellent. I would gladly return.

Matteo was amazing, always ready for any request and explained every detail of the place, including its beautiful artworks. The spot is great, in a quiet area that’s really worth exploring. We only stayed one night, but I hope to come back soon.

Casa davvero molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio e il fatto che non ci fosse il bagno in camera non è stato un problema. Matteo un host attento e gentile, davvero una persona fuori dal normale. Buona la colazione. Per noi punto a favore che i cani siano ben accetti. Rosazza è un borgo particolare e molto interessante che consiglio vivamente di visitare. Bella tutta la zona. Mi sento davvero di consigliare questa sistemazione, solo tenere presente che visto che è una casa antica le scale sono un po' ripide e strette e se uno non riesce a deambulare bene potrebbe essere un problema
