The staff at this hotel was top-notch, with Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Gagan, and the rest of the team going out of their way to help us with everything. Unfortunately, the surrounding area was a bit of a letdown, with a lot of noise and some unpleasant garage activity that made it hard to walk around.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the staff didn't quite match the hotel's great setting. They seemed a bit disinterested and not very welcoming, which was a shame.

We had a great experience at this hotel, with friendly and attentive staff who helped us out with everything from extra bottled water to finding our driver. The aircon was good, and we felt safe and quiet, considering the location. The only downside was a mosquito that got into our room and gave us a few bites, but the manager said that was just bad luck.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the action. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - our room was a bit grimy, and the bathroom wasn't exactly spotless. On the plus side, the staff were happy to turn on the hot water for us when we asked, which was a nice touch. However, the state of the room and the food options were a bit of a letdown.

To be honest, everything about this hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I'm not sure what else to say, really - it was just a great all-around experience.
