The location is great. The only issue was the lack of equipment: only one towel for the whole stay, no housekeeping, trash not emptied, no dishes provided—just a cardboard cup—and no hotel staff present.

I loved the location, rooms, and staff—just a stone’s throw from multiple train stations and the Shinjuku/Kabukicho area. The rooms were comfy, the area quiet, and everything was easy to reach!

The price and single room were pretty good. However, the online check‑in link wasn’t sent until three days before arrival; I only saw the email a few hours before checking in, filled it out, and then had to wait more than three hours for the front door and room codes, with no staff on hand to ask, so I stood outside for almost half an hour.
