It's in a great location. If you are coming from Kansai International Airport or Osaka International (Itami) Airport, take the limousine bus. I couldn’t figure out how to enter the parking at Hankyu Umeda Station, so I parked elsewhere. It rained, making the move difficult. I was shocked to find the annex parking was empty.

It’s close to Osaka Station and Umeda Theatre, so I used it occasionally when watching shows. The price is reasonable, so I hope they keep going. The free ice at the vending machine is thoughtful. The room isn’t very spacious, and I couldn’t settle because I could see construction on the building from the window. While it’s fine to bring amenities and tea from the lobby, I was very upset that there was no shower cap.

Very convenient, close to the station, and everything is nearby. The hotel itself feels old, but it’s clean. I stayed in a twin that felt cramped; there’s no space to open a suitcase. I can’t adjust the AC in each room, so it’s not ideal. It’s not exciting, but it’s clean and offers great value for a good night's sleep.

I couldn’t set the temperature on the air conditioning; it’s managed centrally by the facility, so it was hot and uncomfortable.
