The staff, especially a girl at reception, were very kind and attentive. The huge pool, comfortable bedding with a balcony, and the shuttle that dropped guests at the night market in Luang Prabang were nice. The shower and bathroom sometimes had a nasty smell, and the lack of soundproofing was very unpleasant, as groups of about ten tourists would get up at 5 am and talk loudly without regard for others.

The location was quiet, a bit outside but the free shuttle made it fine. The staff were very friendly. Loud Chinese tour groups were standing in front of our window at the pool in underwear. It’s a different mentality; you’re more used to accepting a school‑children group having fun after school.
