The staff were very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the curtains blocked light well so we could sleep as long as we wanted. The apartment was spacious, the restaurant food was good, parking for a long limousine (520 cm) was no problem, and the spa and pool were all in order—nothing to complain about. The breakfast was weak; when something ran out (like my scrambled eggs), no one restocked it. The room air‑conditioning was off and there was no remote; it was too expensive for what we got. If the price were lower I wouldn’t have left a negative note.

The staff were great, the room was large and comfortable, and breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed my stay, but the coffee was lacking.

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, everything works, the spa and breakfast are excellent, and the hotel’s location is convenient.

The hotel had a nice jacuzzi, but it was broken and there was no mention of that – it had actually failed three days before my arrival, which was frustrating since I chose the room specifically for that feature.

“Leckeres Essen”

The highlight was the food and the genuinely friendly staff. When our room door wouldn’t open, they fixed it quickly. We also used the pool and sauna. Everything else was great.
