We loved the view over the water and the surrounding nature, and the bed in the Dome felt solid and comfortable; the chicken we had for dinner one night was delicious. Still, the overall stay fell short of expectations, especially given the nightly rate, and our August visit as a couple meant we could hardly join any activities that required at least four people, leaving us with only a 30‑minute horseback ride around the property. The Dome’s shower malfunctioned, spraying scalding water onto the back wall and burning our feet, and although the staff kindly offered soothing ointment, they never fixed the issue. Dinner was pricey, and while the food was decent, it didn’t reach a culinary level that justified the cost.

The glamping by the river is beautiful. The facilities were poorly maintained. The restaurant menu was very limited for a place like this. You’re by the river and there’s no fish. Breakfast was very restricted. It doesn’t match the stars they post.

Located in the heart of the jungle, on the banks of the Uruguay River in an environment dominated by nature’s own aromas and sounds. We stayed in domes with jungle views and then another with river views, a dream. Walking around the location was a natural experience. The staff were very friendly, attentive, advising, suggesting, and very knowledgeable about the surroundings and customs. Breakfast was exquisite with homemade and traditional preparations, varied and well attended. With snack, a dispenser of cold and hot water all day and the option to have an infusion. Dinner in 3 steps was exquisite (each day a different suggestion). Booking said 19 km from El Soberbio… but it’s 30 km. Suggestion: if you arrive late at night from El Soberbio to the Reserve, there are days with heavy fog. Travel carefully.

The size of the glamping was huge and very comfortable, the surroundings and views, the service, the food, everything.
