We’ve been here multiple times. The host lady is very kind and direct. Every stay we were in a different room, but all of them were satisfactory. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The courtyard is beautiful, creatively designed, and tidy. Breakfast is tasty and varied.

I do not recommend this place. The host is rude and gave me a smaller, kitchen‑less, chair‑free apartment instead of the one I booked. He tried to convince me that it was fine to give me a different apartment with the same specifications as shown in the pictures, but offered no compensation and tried to send me away with two children. The Wi‑Fi is so weak it’s unusable. The apartments are cramped next to each other, there’s no private space, and it’s noisy. I reported the problems to the platform immediately and attached a photo of the supposedly “kitchen‑equipped” three‑person apartment.

The guesthouse sits in a pleasant, tidy little village, the surroundings are very pretty and being close to Bükfürdő was a huge advantage for us. The owners were very kind and extremely helpful. When we arrived on August 8th in temperatures above 30°C, the small refrigerators that are normally in every apartment were found warm, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we had to pay an extra fee for using the air conditioning.

The courtyard is nice. The lack of hot water, no dining area, no communal space, soft mattresses, insufficient kitchen equipment, room layout, and the host’s attitude were all disappointing.

We booked a deluxe room with a balcony, but received a “room” that was just a mini terrace with play equipment in front (and kids playing with their parents!). The beds were extremely soft, the sheets were worn and the towels were old. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t turn around; it had a mini bathtub without a shower curtain, so everything got soaked. The washbasin was at the end of the tub, so you basically had to stand in the tub to use it properly. We also had a dog with us, and the rules card was presented in a very forceful manner. The total cost was 97 euros! I also had to pay in euros, but they had no change. A formal complaint about the above will follow next week.
