The only thing worth noting was the location, but the guy who served us breakfast was really nice! The room was way too small, the bathroom smelled, and there was an air‑con pipe hanging in the shower with mould that kids found disgusting. There was no water in the room, and my husband didn’t even fit in the shower—it was that tiny! I understand it’s a budget hotel and we booked it only for transit, but I would have at least expected cleanliness over everything else. Very disappointed!

It’s a great transit hotel, comfortable and the staff are nice, but all the TV channels are in Sri Lankan and there’s no free Netflix or similar services.

“Confusing Reception Experience”

I liked the kitchen area, the breakfast, and the kitchen staff. However, the reception services on the night I checked in were unprofessional and careless. Even though slippers were listed as part of the room facilities, I had to wait about 10 minutes in the lobby to find them, and when I finally got them the staff asked if one pair was enough, even though we were two guests. He argued with me over something that was clearly listed in their published data!

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y el personal agradable. Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Durante la estancia hubo ruidos muy fuertes y molestos. Primero escuchábamos un ruido parecido al de una máquina que parecía venir de algún lugar cercano al edificio. Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que avisarían para solucionarlo, pero durante la noche nos despertó otro ruido constante, parecido a agua cayendo sobre una superficie metálica, que no nos dejó dormir prácticamente en toda la noche. Además, nos encontramos una cucaracha debajo de la bañera, algo bastante desagradable. La cama y los cojines también nos resultaron incómodos. Por último, la comida del restaurante dejó bastante que desear. En general, una estancia decepcionante y con muy poco descanso
