“Genial”
The young man who served us was extremely friendly and kind; I liked everything else as well.
The place is in a great spot, close to everything you’d need, and the staff were usually friendly. The shower was hot every time. However, the room had a strong cigarette smell when I first got in, and I couldn’t sleep at all during the 10‑day stay because the street noise and the dogs outside were so loud that even ear plugs didn’t help. The Wi‑Fi kept cutting out too.
The family room was clean and bright.

The hotel has been nicely refurbished and the bed was comfortable. Our room faced the short side of the building, making it very quiet, and the shower was lovely with hot water. The staff were welcoming. I would recommend it, though the buffet breakfast could be better if it added a fruit salad or some cereals.
