The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; Hugo was a fantastic person I greeted. The driveway to the parking lot was very narrow, making it hard to leave the car, but with a bit of patience everything was manageable.

The location did not match the advertisement, nor did the accommodations; the parking area was under construction and I had to leave because the advertising was completely misleading.

The facilities, the garden and the constant greenery were great, and the room had a hammock.

The room had no air conditioning, a burnt-out light, few power outlets, and at night it rained with a drip falling onto the mattress. I didn’t like the whole lodge; the access was terrible—you drive in, but you can’t maneuver inside and have to reverse out.
