The location was great. The staff were very friendly and gave excellent suggestions. The bed felt a bit lumpy, so a new mattress might be needed.

The staff were very pleasant, breakfast was great, the facility was clean, and the fitness center was nice. However, the air conditioner/heating unit was quite noisy, and the power went out for about four hours during the night because of a storm—this has happened more than once already this year, so it might be worth mentioning to city officials since it affects the same part of the city each time.

I was impressed by how spotless the place was and the spotty location. The check‑in was scheduled for 4 pm, but they managed to let me in at 3 pm instead.
