The bed was comfy and the hotel sits close to Kanazawa Castle, Kenroku-en Garden, and Omicho Market, which is great. However, the room design is awful and soundproofing is terrible—no earplugs and the road noise makes it impossible to sleep. The entrance and bathroom light is automatic and blindingly bright at night, waking my partner when we head to the toilet. The bathroom offers nothing to hang clothes, so we end up naked in the hallway, which feels very uncomfortable if we step out of the shower at the same time our partner enters the room. I was also very disappointed with breakfast, which offered no Japanese dishes, not even miso soup or rice. The amenities were almost nonexistent, far below what a property of this caliber should provide. Overall, a real letdown.

場所がよかった. ホテル宿泊後、虫にさされてすごく広がり痒くて辛かった。電話しても担当者と上手くつながらず、折り返しの電話もかかってこない。
