The location is great and the views across the Golf Course are amazing; the facilities are great with a big swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, and the restaurant offers a great menu with delicious food.

The location is convenient and the staff are attentive, but being woken by a construction lorry before 7am right outside my window made the stay tricky due to lack of sleep; a real shame.

Breakfast ingredients are good and the hotel is close to Woodbridge, but it is very busy at breakfast with very dirty tables, forcing us to clear other people's cutlery, plates, and cups ourselves; the sauna is now boarded up, which is sad as it was my favorite spa item, and the bedroom floor is hairy with the bed’s comfort being just so‑so.

The breakfast was decent, but I never found eggs each morning when I went to the buffet. The staff didn’t always clear and clean tables fast enough; a manager would have helped organize the younger team. They were often seen in pairs chatting.
