“Foi ótima e voltaria com certeza”
The hygiene of the place, the gym, and the leisure area were good.
“Uma boa experiência”
I received a clean and organized flat. The location is excellent, close to Shopping Conjunto Nacional, with easy access to shops and restaurants. When I needed help from the host, I was attended to and my requests were resolved. Overall, it was a good experience and I recommend the flat, which is pleasant. I recommend it! The apartment isn’t managed directly by the hotel chain, which made the experience a bit different than expected. In some cases, when I asked for something basic, I was constantly reminded that the flat wasn’t part of the chain. I understand there are differences in management, but I think that shouldn’t affect the guest experience so much, especially for basic requests.
The location was fine. The apartment I used had small issues (no cable TV, no local Atena, the TV remote was broken). Since I stayed only one night, it was fine.

The hotel was pretty cool. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure. The place was calm with plenty of room in the room and a great spot for business travelers. When I arrived, the toilet was dirty with urine stains around it, which was really off-putting. The air conditioning ran at low pressure, and the pool was broken.
The location was great and the apartment was very clean. The stay fell short in a few areas. We had to talk to the person in charge of the rental, but we never got a reply. The listing didn't mention that the hotel was under renovation and that the pool would be unavailable. Also, there was no parking. Those details should have been clear before booking. The front desk guy was very friendly and offered us a spot that was supposed to be for the hotel.
