The location was close to the ski slopes and the rental shops; the partnered store offered a snowboard for 3500¥ a day, and renting just a board without shoes for 3 days was 8900¥. There was a place to dry ski gear, jackets, and boots. The downside was the transport and the distance – it was recommended to drive; walking would be exhausting, especially if it snows or is windy. Walking from the bus stop to the White Horse Five Dragon cable car took 30 minutes, and if you wanted to go to the city it was difficult to walk up to the White Horse Five Dragon Telecabine, which required a 20‑minute uphill walk. You’d have to carry a backpack to bring your stuff, and even eating a meal or a soup would take over 10 minutes on foot. After that, you’d be drenched and exhausted, so driving was strongly advised – if you have a car, this is a perfect place.

The staff were friendly, the cutlery selection was generous, and the dining area was spacious enough. However, there was only a shower, no bathtub, and the toilet washlet was broken.
