“Great location and wonderful hosts.”
The breakfast was solid, but the toilet paper quality left something to be desired, and it was unsettling when the lock opened automatically at 8 am on the day we were checking out.

The spot was well‑situated and the porch was nice, yet the décor felt outdated, the rooms and bathrooms were cramped, the host seemed unwelcoming, and the breakfast was repetitive. When I mentioned dietary restrictions, nothing changed, and there were no personal touches you’d expect from a B&B. The price was far too high for what was offered.

The place was spotless and inviting, though the staff could have been a touch friendlier; the people we met were good but not overly warm.

The location was fantastic and the house was stunning. I liked having a private deck, and despite the many rooms in a B&B setting, you never hear anyone in theirs. The front porch was a lovely spot for people‑watching. I’d definitely return, perhaps on a weekday or off‑season to avoid the high holiday rates, but overall it’s worth the money compared to other options nearby. The location couldn’t be better.

Everything was within walking distance from the Inn, which felt cozy, and you should try the homemade breakfast. Coffee from Woosah and Uncommon is worth a visit, and the wine tasting at Modales is a must‑do.
