The location in Utrecht is unbeatable. The host is friendly yet unobtrusive. It’s not cheap, but every euro is worth it. The room is clean, comfortable, with a nice hot bath, and coffee & tea are on the house—super!

The breakfast wasn’t included, but that was clear from the start. The apartment looks nice, and the bathroom and kitchen seem freshly renovated. The jacuzzi was broken, but I wouldn’t have used it anyway. The spot is perfect: almost right in the historic center but still very quiet. I read several reviews complaining about windows that let passers‑by see inside, which feels odd to us Italians but normal for Dutch people; their houses are built that way. The room facing the street is the living room, and the one with less privacy needs are the others. The only downside is the lack of operable windows for air exchange, though the apartment does have ventilation systems in every room.

Beautiful apartment perfect for our stay. Very well set up, very comfortable beds. Quiet location yet close to everything. No stairs to negotiate. Nothing. My only suggestion might be a mirror maybe behind the bedroom door to check outfit before going out
