I was impressed by the friendly reception and attentive service, but the driver assigned to take me to the airport never showed up, didn't answer my calls, and offered no valid excuse when I reached out; fortunately, they quickly arranged an alternative driver.

The hot water was nice, the bed comfortable, and the location convenient; the staff were helpful. However, they only accept cash, the shower head needed cleaning, the room had a slight damp smell, the electricity sometimes cut out and the backup generator caused the internet to drop; there is a way to set it up so the internet stays connected.
