The room on the third floor is new, pretty, and fresh, yet there are several issues that need fixing, and I’ll point them out constructively—not to criticize but to help improve the service. There’s no outlet near the bed, only one by the TV wall, and the hallway noise is loud; even on the third floor you can hear voices. It would help if they reminded guests, besides the sign to keep voices down after 10 am, to stay quiet in the corridors from 10 pm to 8 am so as not to disturb others. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking: I found two used soaps, and they didn’t provide fresh soap for me to bathe, though I always bring my own liquid soap. No towel was in the bathroom, so I had to search another room for one. The trash can needs replacing because it’s a foot‑open design that leaves used toilet paper visible and the smell lingers. As someone in the hospitality business for over 23 years, I’d advise a pre‑check of rooms before handover. Despite these faults, I like the hotel, saw many new renovations, have stayed several times, and will return in the future.
