The AC was not cold at all, I asked for a room change and received no response; the sheets were very dirty with a footprint, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, the toilet water kept running and wouldn’t stop, the TV had no channels, and I couldn’t speak. The place is high up with no lift, so I was exhausted just getting to the room.
“Stay away”
The staff tried to be helpful, even though they barely spoke any English. One of the most filthy places I’ve stayed in—honestly it looks like they’re not even trying! The bed cover and pillow were stained, the bathroom was dirty and full of mold, and trash was left in the corridor for days. Extremely neglected.
The facilities are spacious. The bathroom pipes could be improved.
The staff are nice. It's so dirty and the atmosphere not comfortable, dark, damp. I'm leaving within 1 hour after check in, because it's not worth it with your health. I know it's cheap hotel, but cheap and dirty are a different words. And have a different meanings
