Everything was wonderful, both the staff and the location of the hotel. The kitchen was excellent.

“ROOMS ARE NOT GUARANTEED!!!”

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The hotel is actually good, but what completely ruined the experience was check‑in. I arrived at 11 pm and was told that THERE ARE NO FREE ROOMS! The hotel blatantly OVERBOOKS their rooms above actual capacity so booking your room in advance DOES NOT guarantee you a room at this hotel! Unfortunately I've found out this is a very common practice in Turkey. They simply shrug their shoulders and offer to transfer you over to another hotel. They actually messaged me five days before arrival asking if, by any chance, my check‑in date had changed? I messaged back the same day confirming that no, my check‑in date is still the same and regardless of this I still didn’t get the room I reserved! For the first night I had to share a room with my friend who checked in the day before. I was given a room the following day but the hotel still charged me for the full stay and did not offer to refund the first night! What’s worse is, when I complained I was offered a refund but only upon receipt of a full invoice from the hotel. The hotel – knowing full well that I can’t get a refund without the proper receipt – told me they could only send the receipt by email AFTER check‑out. Guess what? I’m still waiting for the receipt a week later! DISGRACEFUL AND DISHONEST BEHAVIOUR BY MANAGER AND STAFF.

“Lovely rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and wonderful evening shows. There are also lots of ado”

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we enjoyed it even more than the first time. We had a wonderful and very comfortable room, the staff took great care of us, the food was excellent, and the evening shows at the hotel were beautiful and very entertaining. I feel like the hotel has improved over the past year. This time, we really had nothing to complain about :) The only minor issue was that the light switches were located right under the pillow, so it was easy to accidentally turn the lights on during the night. But we moved the beds slightly, and that solved the problem

The location is pleasant. The man at the spa counter needs better communication and management training, especially at reception.

“Friendly staff, great location, but horrible experience with the transfer”

I was really looking forward to my stay, but the hotel transfer experience was a nightmare. I booked it two days in advance, but when I went to double-check with the receptionist, he told me there was no record of it. Luckily, he managed to organize a new transfer for me, but the driver who showed up was completely different from the one I was expecting. He was a bit pushy and made me feel really uncomfortable, especially when he started asking me personal questions through Google Translate.
